C# Software Developer (ASP.NET MVC)

£35,000 to £45,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has opened up to join a company that is a market leader in their sector. They are putting great effort into their latest venture and require an ambitious C# .Net developer as a result of growth.
You will be pivotal in the development and continued improvement of their software development and deployment. This is a hands-on role, which requires competent, proven, well-documented, and executed development procedures and processes. Regular product demos within internal teams are also expected.
Main Responsibilities:
Document the design of the code used to produce an application and keep this up to date. Correct current and previous code for mistakes. Suggest new approaches/products and keep abreast of road map plans. Ensure all code is backed up daily. Attend and actively participate in development meetings. Competently give product demos to internal teams where necessary. Contribute to software release notes. Ensure all tasks are logged in a timely manner on the development ticket logging software and that they are actioned in line with the development processes. Upgrade existing Green field projects.
Technical Skills:
.NET 8 C# ASP.NET MVC Azure Database development/SQL Server (Desirable) Bootstrap & CSS JavaScript/jQuery
Non-Technical Skills:
Effective Communication Manage own workload & ability to use own initiative to come up with ideas/solutions Can work independently and as part of a team Dedicated and passionate about the product and company Highly organised and methodical Pro-active, with a can-do attitude
