Key Responsibilities:
Support the teaching team in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. Assist in observing and assessing children in line with the EYFS framework. Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to meet individual children's needs. Support children with their personal, social, and emotional development.
Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience in a UK-based school or nursery setting. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. A proactive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
