Who is Senior Flexonics - Lymington Precision Engineers? Lymington Precision Engineers (LPE) is a Senior Flexonics Group company, and is a leading manufacturer of precision machined components, assemblies and kit sets for various industries. CAD Draughtsperson / Technician - What does the job involve? To provide technical drawings to support the engineering functions within LPE. Working in close liaison with the Engineering team, Production & Shop Floor. Support and provide information to the Quality / Inspection department when required. Manage workload within the CAD department under the guidance of the NPI Engineering Manager. Hours of work:
39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm with a 30-minute break for lunch. CAD Draughtsperson / Technician - What will my responsibilities include? Produce detailed 2D dimensional stage drawings and 3D models to aid manufacture. Revise and update existing drawings reflecting changes by the Customer, Job Controller or Manufacturing Departments. Review plans, specifications and other Customer documentation if requested. Design fixtures to aid manufacture working in conjunction with the engineers on the shop floor. Maintain notes on design, tooling and other documentation for future reference. Provide documentation to allow shop personnel to complete their respective operation(s). Other tasks as assigned by NPI Engineering Manager. CAD Draughtsperson / Technician - What key skills and experience do I need? * Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
