Responsibilities:
Assist and contribute to ongoing and new engineering projects. Liaison with clients and outside parties/contractors to ensure accurate and detailed designs are produced according to key requirements. Attend site and project reviews as required, take detailed survey information and feedback recommendations. Provide support in the development of construction and technical solutions to meet customer/client specific needs. Provide input into the planning of projects and assist Project Managers to correctly scope out projects, with timelines and verification activities. Assist in the preparation of clear reports, technical submissions, designs, and drawings. Continuous development of good technical understanding of all areas of CAD drafting, AutoCAD, MEP, BDS, REVIT, and BIM. Maintain knowledge of appropriate technical standards, legislation, codes of practice, and UK standards. Assist in the generation of AVK standard drawings. Other departmental activities as requested by the business. Minimum Qualifications:
Qualification in Design or relevant field. Proven experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar. REVIT/BIM – Essential skill. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and material properties. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Benefits:
