Call Centre Agent , your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals. What do we offer our Call Centre Agents? A Generous Basic Salary: Starting at £30,000, increasing to £35,000 after probation and up to £45,000 as a senior. Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £60,000, however our average earnings in the team are £72,538 and our top performers earning over £103,232 per annum. Prestigious Career Progression: for our high achievers to support long-term career goals. Weekly Incentives: Paid trips away, vouchers, prizes to take home and the opportunity to finish early – Who doesn’t love an extended evening or weekend! Company Car: Fully maintained even though the role is 100% office based. Holidays: 24 days holiday + bank holidays which increases with longevity of service. Working Hours: Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30-17:00 – no evenings or weekend work. Private Health Insurance: Coverage for you and your family. Additional Employee Perks: Including discounted gym membership and Vodafone phone contracts. Brand New Working Facilities: Stunning sea views of Bournemouth beach front. In return for this we are looking for someone who: Has a minimum of 6-month's experience in a sales, customer service or similar role. Is driven, motivated and enthusiastic to go above and beyond set targets. Is hardworking and resilient, we all know sales comes with its challenges. Is influential, persuasive and a strong communicator. Has a positive and proactive attitude. Is outgoing, fun and enjoys a high energy, fast paced environment.
