40 hours per week Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for friendly and empathetic individuals to join our team as Call Centre Agents in a fast-paced and rewarding role. About the Role

As a Call Centre Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their issues and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. Whether it’s managing returns, handling complaints, or liaising with suppliers, you’ll deliver a service that puts the customer at the heart of everything you do. Key Responsibilities: Handle 40–60 customer contacts daily via phone and email. Manage enquiries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring each customer feels supported and valued. Arrange returns, resolve complaints, and liaise with suppliers to provide effective solutions. Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process. Collaborate with the team to maintain outstanding service standards. Shift Patterns: 40 hours per week, with two shift options: 9:00–5:00 or 11:00–8:00. Rotas are provided six weeks in advance. Equivalent of two full weekends within a six-week period. Two late-shift weeks within the six-week rota cycle. What We’re Looking For:
