The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Team Manager:
Coach and develop staff to meet and exceed key performance indicators
Produce and analyse management information to identify team development needs

Required Knowledge and Experience for the Sales Team Manager Role:
Proven experience in managing a successful telesales team
Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment
Strong people management and coaching skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office products
Must have at least 18 months call centre Sales Manager experience
