Our client, a busy, well-established South Wales firm with offices in Cardiff & Newport, has recently taken on an influx of new work and now needs a further three residential conveyancing executives/solicitors to join their growing teams.
You will be working alongside two firm partners, assisting with a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from initial instruction to post completion.
They are looking for three dynamic and enthusiastic people with the appropriate skills and with 2 plus years’ relevant experience of residential transactions who can start in January.
