Have you recently graduated with QTS and looking for a role with flexibility?

Do you wish you could work with all different schools and STILL get the hours needed for your Teaching year?

Are you looking to get some experience prior to diving into a full-time role in September?

Then let us help you!

Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic students who have completed their degree with QTS or PGCE and are awaiting their QTS qualification. Even if you are a few months away from this, we can start the ball rolling to give you experience and exposure with local schools.

This is an opportunity to try out different year groups and different sectors which you may not have had the opportunity to do in your placements. For example, you may want to consider Special Education or Alternative provisions, but do not want to jump into the field before giving it a go. This is where we can help you.

We work across the South Wales area, therefore no school is off limits. We will work with you to tailor your experience and provide you with support during your year in practice as a Student Teacher. It can be daunting, so having an additional layer in Teaching Personnel to support you can really increase your confidence and resources can set you up nicely for September full-time Teaching opportunities.
