We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed CAMHS Practitioner to join the Getting Advice Team Pathway in North Lincolnshire. This is an exciting time to join our evolving service, where we are committed to improving access to mental health advice and support for children, young people, and their families. This dynamic role will involve triaging, assessment, and providing consultation and formulation to young people, families, and partner agencies, helping to identify the most appropriate support for each young person at the right time. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be expected to develop strong working relationships with partner agencies. Ideally, the successful candidate will be fully conversant with the assessment process and have some knowledge of formulation. Main duties of the job
Provide consultation and advice to children’s services across North Lincolnshire for children and young people with potential mental health difficulties or who are at high risk of suicide, life-threatening self-harm, or other mental health issues. Carry a clinical caseload of children and young people utilizing age-appropriate interventions in line with NICE Guidelines. Work with other clinicians to provide effective, evidence-based therapeutic care and lead or support the development of care pathways. Provide clinical supervision to junior staff, ensuring compliance with Trust standards of care, record keeping, and care planning. Be flexible and adaptable to respond to the diverse and demanding nature of the post. Commit to safeguarding children and young people. Deliver consultation/information to external agencies across children’s universal services on issues pertaining to self-harm, eating disorders, or complex mental health issues. Support the Single Point of Access part of the service as required, including triaging young people via telephone and liaising with partner agencies. Working for our organisation

Qualifications
A professional Nursing qualification, Occupational Therapist qualification, or Social Work with current registration. Further professional qualification relevant to the role. Experience
