We are currently recruiting for a Campaign Analyst who can help support the business in the extraction of mailing and other contact data for customer communications. The perfect candidate will be responsible for providing insight, reporting, and learnings to evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaign activities. As the Campaign Analyst, they will also be required to produce written reports and dashboards, ensuring that data analysis findings are communicated to key stakeholders across the organisation. This is a Hybrid role: 3 days a week in our Avonmouth Office and 2 days working from home. With this in mind, the role will require you to be within a commutable distance to Avonmouth, Bristol. Key Accountabilities

Assists the marketing department by creating/selecting outputs for all marketing channels and across all countries. Works collaboratively across teams and functions to provide actionable insights to key stakeholders. Measures the above programmes and provides insights and recommendations for next steps. Works with the data team and external partners to ensure data is compliant and accurate. Capabilities, Skills and Experience Required

Understanding of Marketing and Retail Business Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritise/good time management. Experience of cross-functional working Experience in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint Previous use of data visualisation tools such as Power BI would be beneficial.
