As a Campaign & Content Manager, you will develop and manage the execution of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns through multiple channels that drive demand for Husky solutions targeting prospective and existing customers. You’ll support by building the brand globally, reinforcing Husky’s leadership position in the market. You have an audience-first mindset and can successfully build and execute best-in-class data-driven campaigns across paid search, email, direct mail, social, digital, web, webinars, trade shows, media, and more. This position is a member of the Global Marketing & Communications team and will collaborate and coordinate with the broader marketing team to ideate, plan, and execute integrated campaigns, with a focus on events and digital engagement channels, in support of strategic business objectives. Leveraging a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, this role will implement, track, and optimize multiple marketing campaigns across various channels (web, email, social, CRM) to drive business growth and generate leads, ultimately enhancing the end-to-end prospect and/or customer journey. Responsibilities: Content Development (50%) Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product Line Management and Sales to develop compelling, high-impact content to be delivered across multiple channels to successfully engage key accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for sales. Write and produce effective content for multiple channels: email campaigns, website, blogs, sales material, conferences, tradeshows, social media, digital ads, video, print, presentations, etc. Oversee creative development and ensure assets are delivered on time, on brand, and on message. Plan, develop, and execute thought leadership content and programs involving multiple stakeholders, business units, and service lines, and be responsible for the quality and timeliness of deliverables. Campaign Management (30%) Clearly define the goals, audience, message, channels, and requirements of campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, report results and learnings on a regular basis, and use insights to adjust and optimize programs. Manage content creation, editing, and translation with various stakeholders and/or contributors (internal and external), ensuring brand coherence and improving KPI metrics. Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management (20%) Keep internal stakeholders informed about all current marketing activities and materials and ensure that product positioning is consistent through all customer touchpoints. Manage relationships and projects with vendors and agency partners. Manage a large volume of activities, often with conflicting deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and sensitivity to stakeholder needs. Build relationships with external editorial and events contacts, as well as internal and external stakeholders and subject matter experts. Qualifications: 5-7 years of professional writing experience (preferably a mix of journalism and marketing), and in a communication, editorial, or content marketing role with a demonstrated understanding of B2B. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills. Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of the B2B purchase process and how to identify opportunities to create demand and accelerate leads. Proven success creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include web, direct mail, webinars, events and trade shows, digital advertising, content, media, SEO/SEM, and social media. Effective problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics. Ability to liaise with both internal and external partners in the content creation process. Proven track record in digital and traditional marketing content creation and development. Strong multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure by setting priorities and ensuring consistent high-quality output. Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
