Salary:
£44,624.13 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. There is the ability to progress to £50,830.45 over the next 3 years. Location:

Permanent The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Campaign Delivery Officer - Training, Development. The post-holder will be responsible for helping deliver national and in the field training programmes working with the relevant Training Officers, Head Office staff and Regional Teams. To take a leading role in producing training content for these programmes. Responsibilities: Help deliver national and in-field training programmes. Collaborate with Training Officers, Head Office staff, and Regional Teams. Produce training content for various programmes. The successful candidate will have: Knowledge of the aims and structures of the Labour Party. Knowledge of training content creation including online learning resources. Experience of in-person training delivery. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
