At Inizio, we're on a mission to reimagine health and we're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Campaign Executive to join our growing marketing team. As our Campaign Executive, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our B2B marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our Campaign Manager and wider Marketing Team to create engaging content, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and analyse data to measure performance. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this role you will ideally be located near one of our offices in Manchester, Ashby-de-la-Zouch or London. You will operate on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of B2B marketing campaigns, including social media, email, content marketing, and advertising. Create and curate engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email newsletters. Manage campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. Track and analyse campaign performance, report on key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist with the development of marketing reports and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 1 year of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A strong interest in healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot). Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
