You will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and reporting of campaigns that drive results for all desks, geographies, and target audiences. Working closely with the Investment Banking Marketing Lead, you will oversee campaign management for various areas, including corporate broking, public M&A, funds solutions, energy & infrastructure clients, and Investec's target clients in Europe and the United States. Additionally, you will collaborate with high-demand areas in Corporate Banking and Private Banking as needed.Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Planning: Define comprehensive campaign schedules based on marketing strategies and campaign plans.Translate campaign plans into well-crafted briefs, providing clear direction on objectives and key results.Push the affinity to Investec's brand through creative marketing delivery, ensuring consistency in all aspects of the brand. Campaign Execution and Management: Build squads with the right combination of skill sets to deliver each campaign, considering specific requirements and expertise needed.Lead campaign squads to deliver the best results through strong relationships with in-house channel experts, global counterparts, agencies, and freelancers.Review all campaign components, ensuring they meet high standards and enhance the connection to Investec's brand.Proactively identify alternative solutions to enhance campaign outcomes.Manage all aspects of campaigns, including budget, delivery timeline targets, and ensuring maximum ROI.Work closely with the Traffic Manager and the South African-based hub team to allocate resources and accommodate campaign changes. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular mid-campaign reports for stakeholder reviews and end-of-campaign reports that articulate successes and impact.Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels to drive, test, learn, and optimize campaigns.Utilize relevant marketing technology for efficient and targeted marketing, with an interest in generative AI and productivity tools. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain a comprehensive and constantly growing knowledge of market-leading campaigns and best practices.Collaborate with experts in specialist areas to generate maximum benefit and leverage their expertise.Foster a proactive and problem-solving mindset, troubleshooting unexpected hurdles and escalating when necessary.
