Team/Role Overview Joining the Global Talent Attraction team, the Campaign Manager (Assistant Vice President level) will play a pivotal role in developing and executing Citi’s recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top-tier talent globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting with the development of targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance Citi’s employer brand, engage prospective candidates, and drive qualified applications for priority roles. What you’ll do Assist in the planning of campaigns targeting a wide range of talent segments globally. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and stakeholders to identify key hiring priorities and align campaigns with specific job requisitions and talent pipelines. Coordinate with internal Talent Attraction teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of campaigns across multiple platforms. Support the creation of engaging content and ad copy, working with the design team to ensure consistent branding and message alignment that resonates with candidate personas. Assist in compiling reports for key stakeholders on campaign outcomes. Work closely with the wider TA and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on broader Citi recruitment priorities and diversity goals. Analyse recruitment trends in the external market including competitor analysis and candidate behaviour insights. Organise and prioritise multiple campaigns and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and campaign elements are effectively coordinated. Maintain clear documentation of campaign details including performance data, creative assets and key learnings for future reference. What we’re looking for Experience in digital marketing, ideally within recruitment marketing. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
