Campaign Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Executive to join our marketing and content team to help us drive a number of campaigns.
You will be responsible for building and deploying campaigns, creating content, as well as supporting and driving campaign activities to help improve brand awareness, generate new leads, and increase customer retention. Your role will be crucial in helping to implement innovative and integrated campaigns using SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and other channels to increase reach and response rates.
You can be based across the UK but ideally you will be within commuting distance of our London (EC1) or Wakefield office (WF1). We offer flexible and hybrid working but you will need to attend one of these offices for team meetings on a weekly basis. This is a full-time role working 35 hours per week.
This appointment will be made on merit.

About The Role
No one day will be the same in this role as you get involved in a wide range of campaign activity. You will support with building and deploying campaigns that generate new leads, increase customer retention and support the customer journey, as well as working on campaigns to help improve brand awareness.
You will use SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and other channels to increase reach and qualified leads. You will work closely with the Marketing Managers to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off, ongoing and automated campaigns across email, web and advertising.
You will work closely with the Content Manager to support campaign activity by creating and repurposing content suitable for each stage of the marketing funnel. You will be a keen copywriter, crafting copy that speaks to the target audience.
You will utilise our marketing systems, platforms and processes to measure, analyse and report on campaign and content performance. You will adopt a test and learn approach, whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop positive business relationships across the company.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need demonstrable experience in building and deploying multiple marketing campaigns through the use of marketing automation technology. You will have had exposure to integrated campaign management, including social media, content and events.
You will need to be data driven, have an analytical mindset and be an efficient problem solver by nature. Strong communication skills are essential as well as being highly organised and motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
