Campaign Marketing Manager , you’ll report to the Head of Brand and Marketing and take ownership of key marketing initiatives, including: Leading the delivery of our flagship

Top Rated Adviser Guide , our biggest consumer-facing campaign. Managing external resources to create and distribute engaging B2C content. Coordinating the launch of our first-ever

Client Experience Awards , a 250-guest industry event. Collaborating with the Firm Sales team to produce and distribute impactful B2B case studies. Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic partnerships. Measuring, tracking, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing activities. Managing our social media channels (especially LinkedIn), creating content calendars, scheduling content and engaging with our community. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Proven experience in marketing, product marketing, or content marketing roles. Ideally, exposure to start-ups or financial services industries. Strong verbal communication skills. Enthusiasm for analysing data to inform strategy. A proactive attitude, with the ability to own projects from a standing start. Humility and ambition in equal measure: you’ll juggle admin tasks with high-level strategic responsibilities. Strong project management and interpersonal skills and an ability to engage cross-functional teams and drive measurable outcomes.
