7th February 2025 At Volkswagen Financial Services UK (VWFS) we are on an exciting journey and looking for an experienced Campaign Product Team Manager to join our Digital and Direct Team. Our business is evolving, and the Campaign Product Team Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Campaign Product Executives to ensure the implementation of products and services for all sales channels. This includes channels through Retail, Fleet, Digital and Aftersales. We are looking for an energetic people manager with a hands-on approach to support the team in increasing volumes and margins to drive commercial performance. What you will be responsible for: Develop, coach, engage, motivate and manage the team to perform at their best, role modelling effective people leadership and enabling a positive and inclusive culture. Manage the team to effectively launch the campaigns and aftersales products into our Point of Sales (PoS) and digital systems to ensure products and services meet commercial objectives and targets balancing volume and margin. Oversee and manage the team to create and maintain a bespoke, complex package infrastructure to support Retailers to sell our finance products. Manage, track, and prioritise the team’s workload effectively utilising tools such as Power Automate. Create Operational Pillar framework, set objectives and lead the team to drive efficiencies across activities. Lead the development of reporting tools such as Business Intelligence (BI) and Campaign Analysis Tool (CAT). Establish relationships with multiple areas of the business and execute product propositions. Ensure Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation of retailer remuneration is met. Be a key escalation point for the team and stakeholders. Who are we looking for? Knowledge and experience of Financial Services industry and business processes. Knowledge and/or experience of working with FCA regulations. Understanding of retailers, their requirements and the sales environment. Previous experience in key systems, Connect Online and SAP with a strong proficiency in Excel and BI. Previous experience of working in the automotive industry is desirable. Experience of successfully leading a team and achieving results through people. Strong numerical skills to support commercial thinking. Ability to communicate and present effectively in both written and verbal formats. What’s in it for you?
