GBP325 Inside umbrella. Our client is seeking a dedicated Campaigns Manager to join their Media, Brand & Campaigns team. The primary goal of Corporate Affairs is to bolster and support the reputations necessary for success both in the short and long term. The Campaigns Manager will focus on designing, managing, and measuring impactful Corporate Affairs campaigns and related projects. Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the annual campaign calendar, ensuring strategic alignment with organisational goals. Collaborate with the Corporate Affairs team to deliver comprehensive brand marketing campaigns, which include setting objectives, messaging, budget management, and defining KPIs. Craft detailed briefs that simplify ideation and decision-making processes and coordinate campaign execution across paid, earned, and owned channels. Manage projects effectively while ensuring strong communication with internal stakeholders and key agency partners/suppliers. Foster integrated working methodologies with Corporate Affairs functions and business units across both the UK and US. Evaluate campaign performance through measurement and assessment, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team. Partner with internal stakeholders, including media, public affairs, and business partners, to craft campaigns that align responsibilities appropriately. Oversee a portfolio of campaigns as directed by the Head of Brand & Campaigns and the broader Corporate Affairs Leadership Team, ensuring accountability for budgets, reporting, and governance. Cultivate agency relationships that support campaign development, ensuring timely delivery of all activities. Uphold the integrity of the organisation's brand identity and ensure all activities align with the overarching brand strategy. Qualifications:

Proven track record in developing and delivering campaigns within a diverse organisational landscape. Extensive experience in managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns with multiple stakeholders. Ability to articulate a vision and translate it into effective strategies and plans that drive success. Demonstrated knowledge in executing marketing communications across various platforms, including comprehensive project management from planning to evaluation. Experience in engaging with creative agencies and other third-party suppliers, providing inspiring briefs and constructive feedback to enhance collaboration. Successful history of operating effectively at senior levels within a large global Matrix organisation. Skilled in overseeing multiple campaigns simultaneously, delivering on time, target, and budget. Significant experience working collaboratively with teams to achieve overall business objectives. Familiarity with the utilities sector and its relevant internal and external influences, including governmental, regulatory, NGOs, and media, is desirable. Ability to tackle complex communication issues efficiently, maintaining high standards and alignment with strategic objectives. A creative thinker who can multitask while contributing to essential decisions and interpreting internal/external influences. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and authoritative communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders within a Matrix organisation. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate articulately and persuasively. Commitment to adhering to established workflows, facilitating clear communication, and supporting effective teamwork.
