About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Campus Academic Manager to lead our small, vibrant campus in Royal Leamington Spa. This part-time role (0.8 FTE) is perfect for someone with a start-up mindset and a flair for collaboration. You’ll oversee academic delivery, campus operations, and student engagement, playing a pivotal role in retention and growth. Reporting to Campus Managers, you’ll work as part of our Operations Team to ensure the campus thrives as a welcoming, high-performing environment. With approximately 50 students, this role is both hands-on and strategic, ideal for someone who enjoys diverse challenges and the satisfaction of making a tangible impact. What You’ll Do Lead and support faculty in creating a high-quality academic experience. Oversee campus operations, including student lifecycle processes, timetabling, and facilities management. Build strong partnerships with local businesses, external stakeholders, and central services to drive campus initiatives. Manage day-to-day operations, including building opening/closing and ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging environment. Promote student retention and engagement through innovative activities and support services. Act as the go-to person for students and staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams. What We’re Looking For A natural people person with exceptional communication and networking skills. Proven experience in academic delivery, campus operations, or a similar leadership role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle academic, administrative, and operational responsibilities.
