As a
Candidate Care Consultant , you will have responsibility for: Attracting new candidates via placing engaging job adverts. Managing the flow of internal candidates. Strengthening local relationships with universities. Managing our annual Job Fair program. Using your initiative to spot and create additional and innovative candidate attraction methods.
Other responsibilities will involve: Managing the applicant response levels. Scrutinising CVs. Pre-screening and arranging registration interviews. Managing the applicant from first contact through the registration process to their first assignment.
We work in a fast-paced environment, so an ability to work under pressure and to targets is a must. You will be working with our central compliance team, and a very keen eye for detail is important. A working knowledge of child safeguarding is important (although training would be available for the right person).
