Job Description

Referment is an innovative recruitment business that focuses on building meaningful connections between talented individuals and top-tier companies. Our unique referral-based model is designed to simplify and enhance the recruitment experience for everyone involved. At Referment, we prioritize people, not just placements, ensuring every candidate and client feels valued.

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about recruitment but dislike the sales-heavy focus often associated with it? As a Candidate Success Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on what you enjoy most—building meaningful relationships and helping candidates progress in their careers. In this role, you’ll manage a pool of active candidates, ensuring they receive a seamless and high-quality experience from start to finish.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on having career-focused conversations and takes pride in offering an exceptional candidate journey, without the pressure of cold-calling or hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, aspirations, and career goals.
  • Match candidates to suitable roles, ensuring alignment with their preferences and experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate placement process.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, leaving a positive and lasting impression.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the company’s database.
  • Continuously seek feedback from candidates to refine and improve the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) with a focus on candidate management and engagement.
  • A passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their career goals.
  • Dedication to delivering an outstanding experience for every candidate.
  • A self-motivated individual who thrives on engaging with others and building trust.
  • Ideally experienced working across technology hires and other tech related roles

This is an immediate hire which is pivotal to the success of the business. Please apply asap to avoid missing out.
