6-12 month vacancy for a Capital Delivery Manager Your new company Your new company is an NHS trust in Wales. Your new role Your new role as a Capital Delivery Manager will require you to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, mainly on projects ranging from £250k - £5m +. You will manage the design team, ensuring that budgets are adhered to and quality is maintained. This is an initial temporary position with a view to going permanent or ongoing temporary for the right candidate. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will need experience of overseeing capital works projects and ideally membership in a suitable governing body, i.e. RICS, CIOB, CIAT etc. This isn't a necessity, just preferred.
