We are actively seeking an experienced
Estates Officer
to work for an organisation based in Devon. The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract.

Estates Officer (part time or full time) Location:
Devon Pay rate:
£27 to £33 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis
Key Responsibilities:
Lead major and minor capital works on hospital sites. Design capital works in line with HTMs and maintain drawings on MICAD. Deliver capital projects to reduce backlog for health and safety and estates. Ensure value for money for the capital programme. Lead building, mechanical and electrical services and manage contractors. Coordinate with Authorised Persons, Head of Estates and Health & Safety Manager.
