This is a new Actuarial Capital Manager role at Arthur Recruitment. The role reports into the Head of Capital and has one direct report.
This is a mixed Lloyd's and Group position that will cover model development, performance and strategy work, and assist with risk analysis across EMEA and Northern America. A key element of this role will be process improvement and efficiency, meaning our client is looking for someone who wants to be visible and have an impact on the wider business rather than just turn the handle.
The ideal candidate will have extensive Lloyd's capital experience with prior management experience. Communication skills are critical due to the collaborative nature of the team and wider company. Qualification isn't a requirement as our client recognizes the importance of breadth and depth of experience. Prior experience working in the US or Bermudian markets would be highly beneficial.
This role will require you to be in the office 3 days a week, and our client can only consider candidates currently in the UK with full working rights.
