Our client, a trusted name in vehicle maintenance, has been serving the Wellingborough area since 2018. Known for their attention to detail and customer-focused service, they offer a wide range of services including engine diagnostics, brake repairs, suspension servicing, and more. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Car Mechanic to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults across a range of vehicle makes and models. Key Responsibilities: Conduct vehicle diagnostics and repairs, including brakes, suspension, oil changes, and more. Perform scheduled services, including timing belt and chain replacements, battery diagnostics, and air conditioning servicing. Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service and communicate with clients about repairs or issues. Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians to provide comprehensive vehicle care. Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience as a car mechanic or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair techniques. Certification in vehicle maintenance (preferred but not required). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Working Hours: Monday to Friday:
9 AM - 6 PM (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour unpaid break daily). Saturday:
9 AM - 2 PM (Paid as a full 8-hour day). Sunday:
