As a Car Sales Executive at Batchelors York Suzuki, you will: Build strong relationships with customers by qualifying their requirements, presenting vehicle options, and guiding them through the car buying journey. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Suzuki products to confidently recommend the best options to customers. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Provide outstanding customer service, both pre- and post-sale, to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Complete all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, finance agreements, and vehicle delivery documentation. Work closely with other sales executives, management, and support staff to ensure the smooth running of the dealership. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, explaining key features and driving performance to potential buyers. Proven sales experience in a retail or automotive environment is beneficial, but not essential. A passion for cars and an eagerness to learn about Suzuki’s products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, can-do attitude, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively. A full UK driving license is essential.
