To deal with queries from new and existing customers on vehicles. To advise on finance and payment plans where necessary. To assist with leads through multiple channels and present relevant range. To manage handover process relating to vehicles, ensuring fully compliant. To maintain an up-to-date and accurate knowledge of product range. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
