About the Role:

As a Car Sales Executive for pre-owned vehicles, you'll drive sales by exploring and establishing new business avenues. This role is perfect for someone who thrives hitting targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and finding creative solutions to boost sales. Your success in this role can unlock a lucrative monthly bonus structure based on your achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

Proactively seek out new sales opportunities for second-hand vehicles through innovative marketing and sales channels. Client Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers, ensuring a premium buying experience and providing in-depth knowledge of each vehicle. Market Analysis:

Keep up to date with market trends and pricing, adapting sales techniques to meet market demands and customer needs. Performance Targets:

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring a continuous and healthy pipeline of leads and conversions.

What We Offer:

Competitive Base Salary: £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. Monthly Bonus Scheme: Earn over £2,000+ monthly from achievable, performance-based bonuses. Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm, Mon to Fri and alternate Saturdays 8am to 1.00pm. Career Growth Opportunities: Work with a dynamic, supportive team committed to your professional development.

Skills and Experience:

Sales Experience: At least 2 years in a car sales role. Self-Motivation and Drive: A proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a proactive approach to finding new opportunities. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with customers, and close deals. Automotive Knowledge: A genuine interest in the automotive industry and understanding of second-hand car markets. Team Player: Adaptable and amenable to meet the demands of the team, working as one to get the best results.
