Maintain and accurately record all customer contact details. Handling all customer queries and complaints and ensuring they are resolved to achieve customer and company requirements. Responding to queries from new and existing customers relating to vehicle sales. Developing and maintaining a specialist knowledge of manufacturer vehicles. Your Background & Skill:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive (motor trade experience is advantageous but not essential). Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent selling and negotiating skills.
