Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess good customer service skills and acumen for sales. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they have an exceptional experience while meeting their automotive needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases. Provide detailed information about available vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing. Demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting key selling points and benefits. Utilise upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain an organised sales environment, ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. Manage customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle arrivals to provide informed recommendations to customers. Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance and ensuring vehicles are presented in top condition. Training Provided A valid driving licence is required for test drives and customer demonstrations. Job Types:
