Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Train and coach the sales team on product knowledge, effective sales techniques, and exceptional customer service practices. Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, organised, and visually appealing environment. Oversee the proper display and presentation of products, adhering to company guidelines and merchandising strategies. Maintain accurate inventory levels and implement stock control measures. Ensure handover paperwork is correct. Ensure exceptional customer service. What you’ll need… Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a sales leadership role within a main dealership environment. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth. Strong understanding of the company’s products or services and the target market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to motivate, coach, and mentor a sales team.
