Why This Role? As a Carbon Manager, this is your chance to: Shape Decarbonisation Plans:

Lead the creation of carbon reduction strategies for the project, with a focus on embodied carbon reduction and life cycle assessments. Lead Innovation:

Explore and implement innovative ideas that push the boundaries of carbon reduction, working closely with stakeholders to find radical solutions. Collaborate with Industry Leaders:

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who's as passionate about sustainability as they are about making an impact. The ideal candidate will bring: Proven Expertise:

A strong background in hands-on carbon management within construction or infrastructure. Relationship-Building Skills:

Exceptional at engaging both senior management and clients, fostering collaboration and effective communication. Adaptability & Drive:

A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to lead sustainability initiatives. Communication & Leadership:

Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate technical carbon reduction strategies clearly and build relationships across teams. Organised and Collaborative:

Comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication at every step.
