Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service in the investment management industry? We're looking for a dynamic Client Support Manager to join a fantastic team in Cardiff. This role will be the driving force behind operational client service delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for their valued clients. You will be the primary point of contact for the team, managing query resolution efficiently and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and operational platforms Develop a comprehensive understanding of all business areas Own and coordinate the resolution of client queries, meeting deadlines and SLAs Collaborate with Client Relationship teams to enhance client experience Apply and streamline business processes within a risk-controlled environment Lead client service projects and participate in steering groups Identify opportunities for process improvement and service delivery enhancement Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of current investment market and economic issues Experience in the investment management industry, particularly in client service and sales support Proven track record of building significant relationships both internally and externally Effective workflow management skills Knowledge of institutional investment products, including LDI, Real Assets is desirable Report writing and project management experience At our company, we prioritise equity throughout the entire recruitment process.
