Care and Support Worker
Hours:
14 hours per week
Salary: £8983.52 ( £12.34 per hour)
Location:
Humber Court, Humber Rd, Coventry CV3 4FE
The shifts for the 14 hours per week post will be 1 x 14:00 - 22:30 and 1 x 07:30 – 14:00 on a 4-week rolling basis including some weekends.
As a
Care and Support Worker,
you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:
Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities.
Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents.
Encourage independence and self-belief.
Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification:
Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification.
Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
Flexible with hours.

Humber Court offers independent living to its residents. There are a range of facilities available to our residents such as Communal Lounge, Craft Room, Greenhouse, Hairdressers, IT Area, Laundry, Library, Well Being Room and a Restaurant.
