Sensus Associates are looking to assist our client in the Sunderland area with several support workers for their Supported Living Project. The client has various shifts available, including days, sleep-ins, and nights until March 2025.
Our client offers support to service users who possess a diverse range of complex needs and characteristics to enable them to engage within the community, develop skills and enhance their quality of life. Their supported living services require dynamic motivated Support Workers to work in challenging environments. Support Workers will be motivated to engage customers in line with positive behavioural support to enable a positive outcome for the people they support.
Within the supported living services, care and support is provided in a range of services for service users with Learning Disability, Autism, Behaviour that Challenges or Mental Health needs.
The shifts are paid as follows, via an umbrella company:
Day Hours GBP14.65 per hour
Duties will include: Supporting service users within the project or in the community Ensuring all medication and personal care requirements are dealt with Assisting with making the projects tidy and clean To apply for this role: Ideally worked within the care sector Hold the Care Certificate Be flexible around shift patterns
