We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our fantastic team of Care and Support Workers. Within this role you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individuals with social and leisure activities Providing companionship and emotional support Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other professionals Adhering to all care plans and company policies Providing personal care assistance (e.g., assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, medication administration) Assisting with domestic tasks (e.g., light housework, meal preparation, shopping) Essential Skills & Experience:

No experience necessary – Fully paid training and support given to support you in your new role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Genuine empathy and compassion for others Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients Full or part time hours to include evenings and every other weekend Commitment to providing high-quality care Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle essential Benefits:
