Salary: £12.00 - £16.00 per hour (based on shift)

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time


About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Care Assistants to join our compassionate team at a state-of-the-art care home in Magherafelt. This care home offers modern, top-tier facilities and specialises in a range of services, including Nursing Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care, and Elderly Care. Our team is committed to providing each resident with person-centered, individualised support, ensuring they experience comfort, dignity, and well-being in a warm, welcoming environment.


No Prior Experience Required


While previous experience is not necessary, we are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for care. Full training will be provided, including a comprehensive induction and ongoing development opportunities, so you’ll have all the support and skills needed to succeed in this rewarding role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care, ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
  • Lead activities that enrich residents lives and create meaningful connections.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with patient care standards.
  • Support the nursing team by ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
