The day-to-day role of a community carer has many misconceptions, and many new to care never look back once they start on this career path. When you have a positive impact on an individual and their relatives’ lives for a living, you can imagine how rewarding that is. Here are the standardized types of duties our carers would be involved in day-to-day:
Make visits to clients in their own home using your own vehicle
Help Premier’s clients meet their desired outcomes from our services
Help with personal care such as washing and showering
Cook and serve meals and drinks
Help with medications
Support with day-to-day living
Recording visits live with our digital care planning system
