About the Role: As a professional care assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping vulnerable individuals maintain their independence and overall well-being. Your support will encompass personal care and household tasks, bringing comfort, companionship, and dignity to those in need. Skills/Experience:
No prior qualifications are required; comprehensive induction training is provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Eagerness to embrace learning opportunities.
Dependability and a flexible approach to work.
Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle is required.
Job Benefits:
Competitive salary of £11.55 – £18.00 per hour, with premium pay on Christmas Day.
(Enhanced pay rates for Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above starting at £12.50 p/h)
Flexible shifts to accommodate other commitments.
Mileage: 40p per mile.
Paid travel time.
Free DBS checks.
Ongoing accredited training.
Free uniform, safety kit, and PPE.

We prioritise minimal commute times by assigning work close to your residence.
Shift Patterns:
Afternoon Shift: 2 pm -10 pm or 4 pm - 10 pm
