ND Care & Support are a compassionate and dedicated Home Care provider, committed to providing the highest quality of care to our clients in their own homes. Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we care for, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us as Care Assistants.

The Role:

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our Clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting Clients with personal care tasks such as bathing & dressing.

Supporting Clients with mobility and physical activities.

Administering medication as prescribed.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.

Maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Ensuring a safe and clean home environment.

Essential Criteria:

A Full UK Driving license or International license (valid for at least 6 months).

Your own car.

A caring nature.

Empathy and patience.

Organisational skills.

Flexibility.

Effective communication skills.

Role Benefits:

£14.57ph on weekdays and £15.02ph on weekends (please note, these pay rates include your rolled-up holiday pay).

We will cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration fee, and a Blue Light Card - saving you over £70! (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card and SCW registration fee on proof of purchase and once you have worked for us for more than four weeks).

We pay you to attend our 5-day in-depth Induction and training programme (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a

minimum of 50 hours ).

Supportive Work Environment: A collaborative and supportive team environment where your contributions are valued.

2 weekends off per month. Refer a Friend bonus of £150 for you and your friend if they join us!

Support to achieve QCF levels 2 and 3 in Health & Social Care.

*Paid after 12 weeks of working with us.
