We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team. If you are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and enjoy providing top-quality care, this role is perfect for you. We offer sponsorship for overseas candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. Main Duties

Deliver person-centered care to our service users in their own homes Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide companionship and support to promote physical and mental well-being Administer or prompt medication in accordance with the care plan Support meal preparation, feeding, and maintaining a balanced diet Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping Monitor and report any changes in the health and well-being of service users Keep accurate and up-to-date records of care provided Qualifications

Experience in a care setting is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided A caring, compassionate, and empathetic nature Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays Right to work in the UK or eligibility for visa sponsorship Required Documents
