Understanding instructions and task requirements. Utilising strong visual and auditory memory skills to retain information, processes, and instructions. Providing personal care support to children as needed. Creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver engaging activities. Supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. About You:
