In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our residents with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being, and maintaining a high standard of care. Position:

Our Care Home is a well-established and respected care home in Bampton, dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centered care to our residents. Our team of compassionate professionals strives to create a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued and cared for. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support residents with mobility and physical activities, including moving and handling. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their independence and dignity. Assist with meal times, including serving food and helping residents to eat if required. Administer medication under the supervision of senior staff. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' health or behavior. Ensure the care home environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care. Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays. A genuine passion for caring for others and improving their quality of life. How to Apply:
