We are looking to recruit Healthcare Assistants who want to make a difference in our residents' lives at Herondale Kingfisher. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help clients maintain a clean and safe living environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior. Assist with mobility and transportation needs. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records. Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to use basic IT tools for documentation purposes. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in home care or a similar field is preferred. Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. Proficient in the English language, both spoken and written. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards others. Ability to work well in a team environment.
