As a Care Assistant in the Bourne area, you’ll earn up to £15.60 per hour (inc holiday pay). This unique position allows our applicants to support our service users within a specialist residential setting. These tasks will vary across our settings, but you will be primarily supporting with personal care tasks, make and change beds, serving and feeding service users who require help and promote mental and physical activities such as reading and writing. Most importantly, you will comfortably encourage the independence of all our service users.
