Our client has cerebral palsy and uses a PEG feeding tube. Your role as a Complex Care Support Worker would involve assisting with her daily routine, whether during the day or at night. This could include supporting with personal care, administering medication, encouraging her to engage with the community, or helping with her bedtime routine—always ensuring she feels empowered and supported in a way that is meaningful to her. To be an advocate for the client, working in their best interest and in accordance with Superior Healthcare's policies and procedures. To provide support with PEG feeding, personal care, and administering medication. To confidently and clearly communicate with the client and using aids where necessary. To drive the client's adapted vehicle when regularly accessing the community. To assist the client with moving and handling, including the use of equipment such as hoists. To regularly refer to and follow care plans written by the Nurse Manager to ensure exceptional person-centred care is provided. Requirements

6 months paid UK based care experience. Previous experience working with complex care clients, including non-verbal clients and clients with a PEG feed. Flexibility to offer availability at short notice, including weekend shifts. Clean UK driver’s licence is required as the client's adapted vehicle will need driving.
