As a

Care Assistant , you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents' privacy, dignity, and independence at all times. Responsibilities

Create a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere. Put residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to the individual. Respect differences and recognize that staff and residents will have different needs. Requirements

No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training. However, you must demonstrate a flexible, hardworking, and caring attitude, along with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK. Benefits
