Job Description
What Makes Us Different? Call length 1 hour average–
you are not rushed and can provide high-quality care. Travel time 15 mins minimum–
you can get to your calls on time. We care for the whole person–
you get to do the kinder things, not just personal care. We work locally–
you will only work in Burton and surrounding villages. Opportunities to grow–
become a buddy, community champion. Majority of support team have been Care Professionals–
they understand your role. What We Offer
£13.00 - £14.00/hr 2 week visit cancellation protection Training payment of £150 27p per business mile Fully funded Diplomas in Health & Social Care, City, Dementia Training and more Rewards for service length Regular Team Meetings, Newsletters and Social Events What We Need From You
